In the realm of modern day energy healing where anybody can become energy activator after popular 3 days energy trainings we need to understand that although we all can wave our hands and move energies around true healing cannot be faked and can only happen in the field full of true love and wisdom. Although energy work can be a play, truth cannot be faked or pretended and only truth can truly set us free.
If we seek true healing and liberation we need to face and integrate our deepest shadows and meet our deepest wounds. We need to walk the path of wisdom, integrity, humility, courage and reverence. We (the facilitators) can only transfer what we have embodied ourselves, what we reconnected to ourselves, the love and connection we have direct contact with.
Our nature is free, loving, wild, compassionate and connected if we are connected, we are loving beings. There is no other quality of energy available to us that can heal other than love. Love and only love can heal us all and bring us back to out nature and unity with ourselves, each other and the planet. All human suffering comes from the same place - initial wound, which we call trauma (trauma from Greek means a wound).
Healing happens when we bring the quality of Love to the places in us that need it most, that have been begging for Love for all that time. Once our wounds are healed we naturally get back, attune and align with our nature, we get back to our True Selves. We all long for the same to be loved, to love, to feel connected, to be vulnerable, to be free, to be wild.
No "healer heals anyone directly, the healer emanates a frequency that is Love, a state of health, connection; emanates a frequency that is healing. How is this possible and when is it possible?
It is always possible, but what we carry in the process of energy transfer is only what we have known ourselves. That's why I regularly say: I only have myself, my wisdom, and life experience. Only that much and as much as that. I only have myself, what I have known.
Each "healer" emanates a slightly different frequency, and the most important is the most sincere intention, almost everything depends on the quality of the heart, the openness of the heart of the one who serves you. A person who has experienced spiritual awakening can transmit the quality of consciousness, a record that is active in them, to another being who is ready to receive in a similar way to how a regular session takes place.
It's incredible what can happen when two human beings meet in a state of trust, sharing, and acceptance. The miracle of healing itself, which, as it turns out, is available to everyone. Each of our bodies has its own story to live, we don't have to be perfectly healthy or perfect to serve. We are something more than an individual journey and at this level we can meet.
The healer, or facilitator and caregiver, has their own human history, their own states, will not and should not be perfect, they should be human and serve you with their human history.
The caregiver is not a guru, is not a master, there is no hierarchical relationship here, there is a quality of heart, humble, loving, patient, putting themselves in loving service to heal those who are ready to receive healing.
No healer has ever directly healed anyone. The "offerer" gives the context and the possibility of matching the frequency that will allow the "receiver" to bring themselves to a certain state if they so choose (state of surrender, acceptance). If the "receiver's" beliefs, goals, or expectations conflict with the state of acceptance, then tuning to the frequency given by the "healer" cannot occur. Resonance occurs indirectly, but not directly.
What does this mean? The "receiver" will be in a specific field of consciousness that contains the healing frequency, but will not establish direct contact with it. Such
a meeting will be indirectly healing, because the human system is much larger than its goals, expectations, and ego structures, but the "receiver" will not be aware of the healing and will not associate healing consequences with the meeting. Especially if their expectations, e.g., of spectacular sensory experiences, are not met and in their interpretation, the meeting was not effective (according to their temporary definitions). "The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any reaction, both are transformed" - Jung.
Every meeting of two bodies, two spirits, two beings is some relationship, interaction, and change. How conscious this interaction is depends largely on us, our decisions, and where and how we choose to look. I offer something, it's you who will decide if you want to accept it. The state of health is a vibration that you must tune into, this vibration will support you in letting go and healing the history, narrative, and belief system that keeps you away from the state of healing. What function does the disease serve? What internal conflict, what trauma, what stagnation of life energy caused it? What story do your body and symptoms want to share with you?
What experience, history, belief system keeps you trapped and outside the state of healing? Returning to the state of health is releasing the vibration, history, and belief system that keeps you away from the state of healing, to return to your natural state. When a "healer" emits, transmits this vibration to someone who asked for it, who asked for healing, they don't know what the "patient's" life path is, they don't even know what their goal is; sometimes a person may go to a "healer" to prove that they cannot be healed, so if they leave without healing, they will say: "You see, I told you so", which means that the "healer" gave them exactly what they asked for.

It's always your own life intelligence that heals you.
What the "healer" does is emanate their own frequency of healing, access, and direct contact with the healing energy of Creation, and you, according to the law of resonance, tune into this frequency.
This direct contact, this resonance makes your own intelligent particle of truth rise to a quality that was previously blocked. As a consequence of, among others, traumatic experiences, ignorance, lack of positive educational experiences. When the healer emanates the quality of unconditional Love, the frequency of healing, and the receiver submits to be able to receive, then resonance begins, a dance - transmission.
I don't call myself a healer. I resonate healing, emanate the quality of healing, transmit the quality of unconditional Love, and contact with this quality moves our internal healing mechanisms, our internal intelligence, if the "receiver" is ready to submit to this quality and accept it. My whole personal history, journey, and how I embodied the quality of healing in myself to be able to transmit it, I described in detail in the book Intimate Testimony. The role of concentration of vector energies of thinking - feeling in the processes of transmission - healing. It's about energy condensation. Skillful directing - concentrating attention. The greater the ability to concentrate, compassion, condensation of love - wisdom, the LESS spectacular the process and more accurate and long-lasting.

The role of
facilitator
Do you want to open your psychic field to a beginner, a graduate of a two-day course?
How do you know what quality of energy is being transferred? How do you know if it's not a group hypnosis and sexual energy activation? How do you know if psychic debris of a facilitator is nor being transferred into your system? There have been plenty of shared testimonies of abuse in a field of energy work, and it can have disastrous consequences. Always look deep into the eyes of your facilitator and make sure he/she is full of love, compassion, integrity and life wisdom to safely hold space. On the other hand, when the quality of truth is being transferred, it always makes you face your own shadows and illusions which often times results is plentiful of projections onto the facilitator. This is a sacred space, sacred ceremony, so please choose your guide wisely and once you do respect him on your journey as it's often a heroic job for the facilitator who truly serves the truth to be holding space for all the darkness of the psyche coming through. Be responsible on your journey and always communicate with your facilitator with respect. He/ She is here to help you through your darkness, healing and transformation.
One gives, the other receives with simultaneous awareness that he (the giver) speaks with my (the receiver's) wisdom. Through his wisdom, he helps me gain access to my own inner resources of wisdom, healing, contact with my own consciousness. And does the taker only take? No. As Jung, quoted earlier, said, such interaction affects both. The receiver also gives. Teaches something, moves something, triggers something.
Each of our interactions is a dance, each interaction changes everyone who participates in it. This is also alchemy. The exchange takes place at the deepest level and is accompanied by a state of surrender on both sides. The one who gives is able to transmit only such quality of consciousness as he himself emanates. Only what he himself has known.
Energy condensation. It's the ability of contemplative conscious forming beams - vectors of thoughts - feelings. When modesty, love, honesty, wisdom in you matures, you can consciously send fluids of subtle and super subtle energy using your own will harmonizing with the spirit - energy of Creation, then the interpretation concerning cosmic intelligence that works through us as if we had no will of our own (often in religious sick humility), becomes outdated and limiting, bad, false, EUREKA, because what was once seemingly greater recognized as working through us, supposedly God, now is clear and manifest in you, is you, the substance that you are and that you direct by an act of will, the substance of universal consciousness of wisdom - love, psychic energy, spirit energy.
This is not
kundalini activation
Raw life force is available to us all. To every human being, the raw form of life force called Kundalini energy can be manipulated to our own desires. There are 2 days trainings performed by trainers holding deep narcissistic wound, abusing power etc. Life force as Kundalini is ever present and can be accessed by everybody, but in my own experience it is of a great responsibility how we choose to use it. We can feed our wounds, feed ego (defense mechanisms), feed abuse, domination and narcissistic wound, we can feed division and feed suffering. We attract what we need to experience.
Somebody has told me once, a good teacher and
a bad teacher are of an equal importance. There are energy processes that are based mostly of a raw form of Kundalini energy (sexual aspect as opposed to the grace of heaven), and they can give as orgasmic, ecstatic, out of imagination pleasurable, beautiful experiences but if we do not choose to look into the wound for healing and integration of the dark places in ourselves that need that life for healing and integration there is no healing happening.
I have seen and witnessed myself an immense abuse of power by those who perform Kundalini activations and could not initially understand how is that possible. Time and patience has showed me the RESPONSIBILITY it takes of us how we use the immense raw energy, for healing or for feeding spiritual ego, wounds and the consequences of…
Healing requires courage to meet with our wound, our biggest fears, and shadows. The deepest sorrow, the deepest pain. It calls for a direct contact with shame, with our “broken” parts. If we do not allow ourselves for that vulnerable meeting we use the light that is given to only feed the illusion, the consequence of our forgetting, disconnection and wound.
How I see myself as your doula for your healing and rebirth I open my hands and my heart to mirror what is inside of you, ever present. Now you are safe, now your I AM is here, now there in the presence of a loving witness the light can enter that wound.
Awakening is
about healing
As we heal, we awaken.
Awakening is a “byproduct” of healing.
Kundalini is simply desire/lust/sex, genital fire, heat of the hips, etc. As for chakras as forms of concentric points or energy vortices. Both concepts, borrowed from Hindu myths, describe in a simple way the maturity of the self, Jung's Self path in the process of individuation. It's vague and unclear, easy to describe as energy traveling through seven spheres of being, magically enchanted in the form of spinning colored circles of the visible color spectrum from holograms of subtle psychic/spiritual human bodies. Western minds tend to borrow these concepts without being immersed in the culture and its teachings and without deep understanding of them. Later, Kundalini as understood deeply and respected by those who respect Eastern traditions becomes all that she is not as the phrase is being misused for the practices that have nothing to do with awakening but a lot to do with playing with lust, sexual energy, libidinal fire and moving it around the body in a dangerous manner that can bring about disastrous consequences for the receiver (more on that in my publications available inside the community, to join go back to home page and find the link to access the community)
It's easy to get caught up in exotic theories to avoid doing actual work that could bring real changes to our lives, it's easier to fantasize, escape into colorful worlds of selfish, foreign, different, interesting mythologies.

Seeking is a part of finding ourselves once again, yet seeking sometimes leads as astray, we try to become something, acquire something and continue the division, what modality is better, who does energy work better, the competition, what spiritual practice will take you there sooner, who is better, who does that better.
Love heals only

If you realize after the session it was hard for you to open your heart and trust, you can always contact me so we can have a deeper look on how to support you in the process. Healing is about rhythm, not about forcing. Some systems need time, gentle approach and additional support. If your system believes it is not safe enough or your system is not yet ready to trust then it is right! Your protective parts are right and they are ought to be listened to with outmost care. Remember there is no force used, everything is about resonance. These sessions are powerful while being gentle. This is our Mothers energy, she does know everything about you and will never give you more than you are ready to take.
Only when we trust, surrender and let go we can become receptive enough to attune to that frequency.
Any expectations will disturb the process, not because anything can stop Love, but because it’s the lesson of itself:
Until you do not surrender to love, choose to trust, remain HUMBLE and DEVOTED you cannot be healed, and the TRUE AWAKENING cannot take place.
What does it mean?
Only those who PERSIST will experience the full manifestation of the depth and range of what this energy can do. Love does not seek applause or show off. It fully rewards those who are ready to receive it.
A session is an initiation into healing and transformation that will continue. We will see 95% of the fruits over time and as a result of devotion and consistency in the journey. As we continue through life with patience, humility, and dedication, it cleans limiting programs, activates and deactivates genetic codes, untangles tight neuronal connections, and everything else that blocks its full manifestation. It penetrates deep places within us that need release and healing. It systematically restores to the original state. It cannot do this during one session because our bodies could not bear it, and valuable lessons would not be learned.
So it does it, layer by layer, guiding and revealing what is for us to embrace and consciously integrate at a given moment of our journey.
Each session will take you further and deeper, each session will heal and release another piece of your existence. Here we are born anew, we awaken to life, we free ourselves from illusions, from programming, and we enter the next stage of evolution, where lessons from the level of separation (an important evolutionary stage) are integrated, become valuable resources, and you return to the original state while simultaneously evolving.
There is only one way — Love
